Required to plan and oversee international goods movement operations and track them from the point of origin to delivery to warehouses. <br>Book freight space (sea, air, or land) and choose the best shipping lines and freight forwarders in terms of cost and speed. <br>Prepare and review all required documents accurately (commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and packing list). Daily coordination with customs brokers to ensure fast release of goods and compliance with standards and customs tariffs. Ensure full compliance with applicable international and local import/export laws and regulations. <br>Serve as a liaison between company departments (sales, purchasing, warehouses, and finance) to meet business needs. <br>Maintain ongoing communication with foreign suppliers and international shipping agents to resolve any issues or delays affecting shipments.
1. Import Clearance Operations Review all shipment documentation before submission to freight forwarders. Follow up daily with freight forwarders regarding shipment status and customs clearance progress. Coordinate health release procedures and required approvals. Prepare and process payment requests for customs duties and related charges. Receive and record imported ingredients through the GPAO system. Ensure all import activities comply with local customs regulations and company procedures.2-Export Shipping Operations Coordinate with marine transport companies to reserve export containers. Prepare and print export labels and shipping documentation. Issue and verify export-related documents including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping instructions. Follow up freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment execution. Coordinate with trucking companies for local transportation arrangements. Monitor shipment status until final delivery.<br>Job Requirments:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or supply chain coordination within FMCG or manufacturing environments. Strong experience working with the Nafeza system. Strong communication and coordination skills. Negotiation and supplier follow-up abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent shipments. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Flexible and adaptable to sudden operational changes. Team player with a proactive attitude. Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
