Job Details

Required to plan and oversee international goods movement operations and track them from the point of origin to delivery to warehouses.
Book freight space (sea, air, or land) and choose the best shipping lines and freight forwarders in terms of cost and speed.
Prepare and review all required documents accurately (commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and packing list). Daily coordination with customs brokers to ensure fast release of goods and compliance with standards and customs tariffs. Ensure full compliance with applicable international and local import/export laws and regulations.
Serve as a liaison between company departments (sales, purchasing, warehouses, and finance) to meet business needs.
Maintain ongoing communication with foreign suppliers and international shipping agents to resolve any issues or delays affecting shipments.
