Job Description<br><br>Your Role<br><br>The purpose of this job is to support development and implementation of tax policy and strategy and be responsible for ensuring tax compliance of direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and international tax obligations for all legal entities in Egypt.<br><br>A Typical Day<br><br> Plan, facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company all types of taxes, be responsible for the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms for all legal entities in Egypt; maintains tax records as well as returns, reports and other related materials. Ensure all monthly/ quarterly/ annually tax reporting and tax provisions are submitted on time accurately. Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.; find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures. Act as tax business partner to the commercial teams in relation to tax advisory, planning and governance, to develop and implement strategic tax planning for the company. Work closely with larger finance team to secure company’s position. Supervise and manage all types of tax audits with external or internal parties and communicate with tax authority to defend the tax position and ensuring smooth tax audit process.
