Role Description This full-time Creative Director role at Malabisy is an on-site position based in New Cairo. The Creative Director will lead the overall creative vision of the brand across social media, campaigns, content production, influencer marketing, and paid advertising. The role involves developing creative concepts and visual directions for new collections, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives, while ensuring a consistent and distinctive fashion identity across all touchpoints. The Creative Director will lead the creative direction of social media content and work closely with the Social Media team to translate the overall vision into engaging content, including Reels, photography, videos, designs, and other digital formats. The role will also collaborate closely with the Media Buying team to develop creative concepts and marketing materials for paid campaigns, using performance insights to continuously improve creative direction and content effectiveness. A key part of the role is building and maintaining strong relationships with micro-influencers, bloggers, content creators, photographers, models, and other creative talents to support ongoing content production and influencer collaborations. The Creative Director will identify relevant talent, develop collaboration concepts, and ensure that produced content aligns with Malabisy’s brand identity and creative standards. The Creative Director will also lead, guide, and provide creative direction to the Social Media and creative team, reviewing content, providing feedback, setting creative standards, and ensuring that ideas are consistently translated into high-quality execution. The role will involve close collaboration with Marketing, Media Buying, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to connect creative direction with business and marketing objectives. Qualifications Candidates should have strong experience in Creative Direction, Fashion Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media, or related creative roles, preferably with 4+ years of relevant experience. Candidates should have proven experience in the Fashion industry, with a strong understanding of fashion trends, visual storytelling, styling, and fashion content. Candidates should possess strong Creative Strategy and Concept Development skills, with the ability to generate original ideas and translate them into actionable campaigns and content. Candidates should have hands-on experience in fashion photoshoots and content production, including concept development, moodboards, shot lists, and production coordination. Candidates should possess strong Visual Direction and Branding skills and the ability to maintain a consistent and distinctive brand identity across different channels. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Social Media content, Reels, short-form video, photography, and digital creative formats. Candidates should understand how creative assets are developed and optimized for Paid Advertising and Performance Marketing, and be comfortable working closely with Media Buyers.
