Hiring: Technical Office Engineer-Joinery We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Joinery Technical Office Engineer to join our team in Mivida, New Cairo, Egypt. Job Responsibilities:Prepare and review comprehensive shop drawings, cutting lists, and detailed fabrication drawings for wooden works (doors, wall cladding, wardrobes, fire-rated doors, and bespoke joinery). Review consultant/architectural drawings, identify design discrepancies, and prepare RFIs. Conduct material take-offs (BOQ), prepare cutting sheets, and optimize material utilization to reduce wastage. Coordinate technical specifications, ironmongery/hardware schedules, and installation details with the factory, site engineers, and project managers. Ensure shop drawings strictly adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and architectural design intent. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Applied Arts (Interior Design), or related field.5+ years of solid experience specifically in joinery, wooden works, and fit-out technical offices (factory or fit-out contracting experience is highly preferred).
