Overview:Opportunity for an Industrial Engineering to join a leading textile manufacturing team. You'll drive production efficiency through process analysis, lean implementation, time studies, and layout optimization.<br>What You’ll Do:Analyze and improve production processes to boost efficiency and cut costs. Implement lean manufacturing practices and standardize workflows. Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity. Optimize factory layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics. Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve performance. Develop cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product quality. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Train staff on process improvements and best practices. Use data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Support new product development and assess production feasibility.<br>What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.3+ years of industrial engineering experience. Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization. Experience in time studies, work measurement, and process flow analysis. Understanding of production and garment manufacturing processes. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Good command in English.
<p>The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing a key international retail account, ensuring seamless communication, order execution, and customer satisfaction. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality products on time while supporting business growth.</p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Manage end-to-end communication with a major international client, ensuring alignment on product requirements, timelines, and expectations.</p></li><li><p>Handle the full order cycle: from inquiry, quotation, and sampling to bulk production and shipment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal departments (merchandising, production, QC, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.</p></li><li><p>Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues to meet delivery deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with client requirements, including labeling, packaging, and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Support sample development and approvals, ensuring timely submission and feedback follow-up.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and system updates (e.g., vendor portals, compliance systems).</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to grow the account by introducing new products, collections, or capabilities</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the client</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, or related field</p></li><li><p>1 years of experience in export sales, preferably in textiles or garments</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of international retail requirements and supply chain processes</p></li><li><p>Experience dealing with large-scale international clients and vendor systems</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Turkey is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.</p></li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li><p>Knowledge of home textiles (curtains, bedding, cushions) or ready-made garments</p></li><li><p>Experience with compliance, labeling, and quality standards for export markets</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ERP systems, vendor portals, and documentation processes</p></li><li><p>Commercial awareness and negotiation skills</p></li></ul><p></p>
<ul><li><p>Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).</p></li><li><p>Establish quality standards and inspection procedures for <strong>raw materials, fabric, production processes, and finished garments/textile products</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Monitor quality throughout the textile production process and identify potential defects before final inspection.</p></li><li><p>Manage incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.</p></li><li><p>Establish and monitor <strong>AQL inspection standards</strong> and sampling procedures.</p></li><li><p>Investigate fabric and garment defects such as shade variation, color migration, shrinkage, pilling, holes, stains, weaving/knitting defects, sewing defects, and finishing problems.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate fabric and garment laboratory testing, including <strong>color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, strength, pilling, abrasion, dimensional stability, and composition</strong>, as applicable.</p></li><li><p>Manage customer complaints and lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct <strong>8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and CAPA</strong> activities.</p></li><li><p>Monitor production quality KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with production, merchandising, technical, purchasing, dyeing, finishing, and laboratory teams.</p></li><li><p>Monitor supplier and subcontractor quality performance.</p></li><li><p>Conduct internal quality audits and support customer and third-party audits.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with customer specifications, approved samples, technical packs, and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Develop quality procedures, inspection checklists, SOPs, and work instructions.</p></li><li><p>Train quality inspectors and production employees on quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer claims.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper control and traceability of quality records and inspection reports.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Additional certification in Quality Management or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>5–8 years of experience</strong> in textile, garment, fabric, dyeing, finishing, or apparel manufacturing quality.</p></li><li><p>At least <strong>2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial quality role</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with international customers and third-party inspection companies is preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p>
