Reporting & Management Information• Prepare and distribute the NEA cluster monthly management reporting pack, covering P&L, cash, working capital, and KPI performance. • Ensure all FP&A reporting is accurate, structured, and submitted within ACCBC corporate reporting deadlines. • Maintain and continuously improve FP&A reporting templates, models, and dashboards to enhance insight quality and reduce manual effort. • Support the D365 ERP implementation by embedding FP&A processes into the new system.<br>H. Team Leadership & Development• Lead, develop, and manage the NEA FP&A team, setting clear performance standards and building analytical and commercial finance capability. • Provide regular coaching and ensure succession coverage across key FP&A deliverables. • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the NEA FP&A team.<br>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Forecasting & Budget• Rolling forecast accuracy – LE vs actuals variance within agreed tolerance • Annual budget submitted on time through all revision cycles with zero unresolved gaps • Scenario models updated and available within 48 hours of a material NEA market event (FX movement, regulatory change, supply disruption)<br>P&L & Working Capital• Monthly P&L variance analysis delivered within agreed close timeline • Working capital KPIs (DSO, DPO, inventory days) tracked monthly with corrective action plans in place for deviations • Cash flow forecast accuracy – actuals vs forecast within agreed tolerance<br>Reporting & Capability• Monthly NEA cluster management reporting pack delivered on time with zero material errors • D365 FP&A process adoption milestones met within agreed implementation timeline • Team development plans in place for all direct reports with measurable progress<br>Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling is essential.• Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, or equivalent) and BI/reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent) is required.<br>Minimum Experience• Minimum 8–12 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years in an FP&A, financial planning, or commercial finance management role. • Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multi-country cluster. • Exposure to high-inflation or FX-devaluation environments is strongly preferred; Egypt or multi-country NEA/Africa market experience is a significant advantage. • FMCG or manufacturing experience is preferred, particularly in markets with large commercial and manufacturing operations. • Experience managing and developing a team.<br>Knowledge and Skills• Strong financial modelling, scenario analysis, and forecasting capability with ability to embed FX and inflation sensitivities. • Deep understanding of P&L drivers, manufacturing cost structures, working capital dynamics, and cash flow management. • Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders across a multi-country cluster environment. • Effective team leadership and capability development skills. • High attention to detail with the ability to operate at both analytical depth and management reporting level.<br>Direct Reports (if any)• Senior Supervisor – FP&A (NEA)
