The role holder is responsible for the technical design, quality, and evidence base of interventions that enable poor and vulnerable households (both Egyptian and refugee communities) to build sustainable livelihoods. This includes asset transfer and cash-/grant-based support to establish micro-enterprises, value-chain and community-based economic empowerment approaches, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), and employability and soft-skills development. The role works across program, MEAL, partnerships, and senior management functions, providing technical direction rather than line supervision.
