Lead, mentor, and develop media buyers while establishing strong processes and performance standards.<br>Candidate Requirements Proven experience managing and scaling successful paid media campaigns across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Demonstrable results across different industries, with strong experience in e-commerce and performance-driven campaigns. Advanced hands-on knowledge of major advertising platforms and their measurement ecosystems. Strong understanding of regional audiences, cultural nuances, purchasing behaviors, and market dynamics. Experience managing substantial budgets across multiple markets and channels. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear commercial decisions. Strong knowledge of attribution, tracking, pixels, conversion APIs, GA4, dashboards, and campaign reporting. Experience leading a media buying team or managing cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
