<p>Oracle Consulting Services MEA delivery team located in Cairo Egypt, known as Pharos, is growing and expanding its business. We are looking for experienced financial consultants, capable of working with our customers to lead solution delivery development on their Fusion Financials cloud strategies, architectures, and roadmaps, who can join us immediately and grow with us. The candidate should have a very good understanding of Oracle Fusion solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family.</p>
<p>The financials consultant is responsible for working with our customers to design and configure business solutions leveraging the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform. This will cover functional areas of the financials portfolio.</p>
<p>The financials consultant should be able to:</p>

<p>An exciting, high-profile opportunity exists to join our growing Oracle Consulting MEA Delivery team (known internally as Pharos team) as a Senior Principal Financial Consultant or a Financials Workstream Lead for Oracle Cloud implementations across MEA region depending on your experiences. Your role will be to implement Oracle Financials for customers across MEA, and typically involves the following:</p>

Role Overview We're looking for a Chief Accountant to own the accounting function across our operations in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be accountable for accurate, timely consolidated financial reporting, strong internal controls, and full statutory and tax compliance across three distinct regulatory environments, while directly managing and developing an accounting team. You'll be the technical backbone of the finance function — closing the books, owning reconciliations, coordinating audits, and ensuring every entity meets local compliance requirements (ZATCA, GOSI, UAE Corporate Tax, Egyptian Tax Authority), while working closely with senior finance leadership to keep the numbers audit-ready and decision-useful. <p>He should be able to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, to perform complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
