<p>We are seeking an IP Network Development and Test Engineer to develop IP design solutions for Connectivity and Cloud Engineering networks, based on architectural requirements, and validate them within the central laboratory environment. The role covers new network features, transformation initiatives, IP and Software-Defined Networking testing, test automation, virtualised transport applications, network harmonisation, and laboratory automation.</p>

This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.</p> <p> <strong>What are my responsibilities?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Lead daily quality control activities in line with the Project Quality Plan; monitor quality targets based on critical project factors and define appropriate methods and tools in accordance with BU and contractual requirements.</li> <li>Plan and ensure the required quality level across the project-specific supply chain (internal and external), with a strong focus on specification compliance and interface management.</li> <li>Plan and conduct project audits, assessments, and reviews, and actively participate in project status meetings.</li> <li>Ensure the implementation of corrective and improvement measures, and manage non-conformities (NCs), including associated root cause analysis and follow-up actions.</li> <li>Manage material inspection activities at warehouses and coordinate relevant employer requirements.</li> <li>Oversee (SIG and COM) installation verification activities on site.</li> <li>Ensure Safety Assurance technical evidence in place accordance with EN50126.</li> <li>Support the planning, initiation, and coordination of continuous improvement activities for all project phases.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>What do I need to qualify for this job?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project quality control within a global environment.</li> <li>Experience in core quality tools like FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, Root cause analysis tools, Lean and Process audits</li> <li>ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certified</li> <li>Technical knowledge of rail solutions; Rail Signaling and GSM-R is a plus.</li> <li>ASQ quality certificates are a plus.</li> <li>Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>What else do I need to know?</strong> </p> <p>As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
