Plan and implement an integrated security plan to secure the station, its facilities, warehouses, and operating areas. Supervise security personnel, organize shifts, and monitor adherence to tasks and instructions. Secure entry and exit gates and control the movement of employees, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles. Review entry/exit permits and ensure the access control system is applied according to company policies. Secure products, raw materials, equipment, property, and prevent theft, loss, or damage. Monitor the movement of transport and loading/unloading vehicles and ensure documents and permits match. Follow up on CCTV and alarm systems and ensure their efficiency, and respond immediately to any alarms. Prepare emergency, evacuation plans and respond to incidents and security risks in coordination with relevant departments. Conduct initial investigations into incidents and security violations and prepare reports for management. Coordinate with police, civil defense, and security authorities when needed. Monitor security measures at the station during the salt receiving, sorting, filling, and storage season, especially with increased workforce and vehicle movement. Ensure compliance with security and safety instructions inside the station and coordinate with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Prepare periodic reports on security status, incidents, violations, and corrective actions. <p>Key Responsibilities & Core Deliverables</p><p>• Commercial Farm & Crop Cycle Management: Develop and execute annual crop cultivation plans, seasonal planting </p><p>calendars, crop rotation, and harvesting schedules to maximize yields of export-standard fresh produce.</p><p>• Precision Irrigation & Fertigation Programs: Supervise advanced drip irrigation networks, borehole pump stations, </p><p>and filtration systems; formulate water delivery and chemical fertilization recipes based on soil and foliar laboratory </p><p>analysis.</p><p>• Integrated Pest Management (IPM) & Plant Protection: Design and oversee bio-rational pest and disease </p><p>management programs; monitor pesticide applications to guarantee strict compliance with Maximum Residue Limits </p><p>(MRL) for global target markets.</p><p>• Export Quality Standards & Certification Compliance: Enforce full on-farm compliance with GlobalG.A.P., BRC </p><p>Global Standards, GRASP, and SMETA ethical audit frameworks, maintaining complete batch traceability from field to </p><p>packing station.</p><p>• Farm Machinery Fleet & Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the readiness, preventive maintenance, and safe </p><p>operation of agricultural machinery (tractors, sprayers, plows, pivot systems) and farm infrastructure (reservoirs, shade </p><p>nets, cold stores).</p><p>• Budgeting, Financial Management & Cost per Hectare: Formulate and administer annual farm operating budgets </p><p>(OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX); monitor production costs per acre/hectare, fertilizer efficiency, and labor </p><p>expenditure.</p><p>• Labor Planning & Farm Workforce Leadership: Plan seasonal and permanent agricultural workforce requirements, </p><p>coordinate labor contracting, conduct training on harvest protocols, and enforce stringent occupational health and safety </p><p>standards.</p><p>• Post-Harvest Handling & Cold Chain Transfer: Supervise rapid field-to-packinghouse log</p><p> </p><p>Candidate Qualifications & Competencies</p><p>• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (Agronomy, Horticulture, or Soil & Water Management). Master's </p><p>degree in Agribusiness or Plant Protection is a distinct asset.</p><p>• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on commercial farm management experience overseeing large-scale export crop </p><p>operations (fruits, vegetables, citrus, or forage) with proven multi-site leadership.</p><p>• Technical Knowledge: Advanced expertise in modern drip irrigation, automated fertigation, greenhouse and open-field </p><p>agronomy, crop pathology, and climate-adaptive cultivation.</p><p>• Standards & Audits: Demonstrated track record of achieving and sustaining GlobalG.A.P., BRC, Organic, and ISO </p><p>22000 certifications and managing international client technical audits.</p><p>• Leadership & Operational Management: Exceptional workforce leadership capabilities managing large multidisciplinary teams, local communities, technical engineers, and external service providers.</p><p>• Computer & Analytical Tools: Proficiency in farm management software (FMS), agricultural ERP modules, MS Office </p><p>(Excel for crop budget/yield analysis), and precision agriculture technologies.</p><p> </p>
