<p>Role Summary </p><p>The Logistics Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products and materials within our local supply chain, specifically focusing on e-commerce fulfillment and boutique distribution. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, warehouse operations, and external partners to maintain seamless operations and timely deliveries. </p><p> </p><p>Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to) </p><p> </p><p>1. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication • Serve as the primary logistics liaison between the warehouse/distribution center and internal teams, including retail, e-commerce, and facilities. • Ensure accurate inventory records and smooth transfer of goods between the warehouse and other distribution points (e.g., boutiques, e-commerce fulfillment area). • Coordinate space requirements and efficient material handling within facilities to support logistics operations. • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and various departments to facilitate seamless supply chain workflows. • Provide timely updates and coordinate between teams to promptly resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency. </p><p> </p><p>4. <p><strong>Design Conceptualization </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop scalable 3D models for modular and demountable structures using SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max.</li>
<li>Apply ergonomic, safety, and event flow considerations into design layouts.</li>
<li>Create paramet components or templates for repeated use across multiple design modules.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Structural Logic & Material Knowledge</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design with knowledge of lightweight structural systems (e.g., truss systems, tension fabric, aluminum profiles, foldable paneling).</li>
<li>Specify practical load-bearing configurations for temporary installations.</li>
<li>Integrate anchoring, support, and balancing mechanisms into design logic for on-ground feasibility.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Design & Documentation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, exploded views, and assembly instructions.</li>
<li>Specify materials, construction methods, and structural supports suitable for temporary and lightweight applications.</li>
<li>Coordinate with technical teams to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout production.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3D Modeling & Rendering </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Create accurate, to-scale 3D models with full textures, lighting, and real-world materials.</li>
<li>Use rendering engines (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion) to produce photo-realistic visuals that simulate physical environments, material reflections, and ambient lighting.</li>
<li>Optimize models for quick rendering and performance during presentation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration & Communication </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments including production, project management, and procurement.</li>
<li>Participate in project meetings to align deliverables, timelines, and client feedback.</li>
<li>Support site inspections and on-ground setup to ensure design accuracy and quality execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Material & Structural Knowledge</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Apply knowledge of light and durable materials suited for temporary structures (aluminum, PVC, fabrics, wood, etc.)</li>
<li>Work closely with fabricators to ensure designs are practical, safe, and buildable.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Time & Project Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver multiple design tasks on time and on budget</li>
<li>Adjust designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients</li>
<li>Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and critical paths</li>
</ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><strong> Education & Certification:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design or a related field.</li>
<li>A diploma in 3D Design, Exhibition Design, or Event Production may also be considered based on experience.</li>
<li>Technical training in 3D modelling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Rhino) is highly preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 5 years of professional experience in 3D design for lightweight or temporary construction projects, including structures such as pavilions, stages, or modular setups</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing event or exhibition design, lightweight/modular structures</li>
<li>Advanced skills in 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of structural integrity, spatial layouts, and materials used for temporary applications</li>
<li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills</li>
