<p>Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lobby Manager with a strong background in beverage operations to oversee the lobby experience and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate combines polished hospitality skills with solid knowledge of beverages, bar operations, and service standards. The Lobby Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic, and sophisticated lobby environment while supporting beverage service and coordinating closely with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments.</p><p>Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operation and guest experience within the hotel lobby. Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized experience. Oversee lobby beverage service, including coffee, cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverage offerings. Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, quality, and service. Lead, coach, and motivate lobby and beverage service team members. Monitor service levels and proactively resolve guest concerns or complaints. Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Events teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor beverage inventory, par levels, requisitions, and product availability. Support beverage cost control, wastage reduction, and adherence to company standards. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, licensing, and responsible alcohol-service requirements. Maintain the lobby s appearance, ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation. Assist with lobby activations, promotions, tastings, seasonal concepts, and special events. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs. Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the lobby and beverage experience. Prepare operational reports and communicate relevant issues and opportunities to management. Ensure team members consistently follow SOPs, grooming standards, and service procedures.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum 3 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel, lounge, bar, restaurant, or upscale F&B environment. Previous supervisory or management experience is required. Strong beverage knowledge , including cocktails, spirits, wine, coffee, mocktails, and contemporary beverage trends. Experience with beverage service, inventory management, and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong guest-service mindset with the ability to handle VIP and high-profile guests professionally. Confident leadership and team-management abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment. Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events. Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related qualification is preferred. Relevant beverage certifications are an advantage.</p>
