This role requires a technically strong professional with hands-on site experience in supervising and coordinating electrical installations, particularly in medium-to-large scale projects<br>.<br>Key Responsibilities:Supervise all on-site electrical work, including power, lighting, low current systems, and MV/LV installations. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, architectural) to resolve design and execution conflicts. Review contractors’ shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests. Monitor installation progress and perform inspections to verify adherence to project quality standards. Identify site issues, propose technical solutions, and escalate critical problems when necessary. Maintain documentation, site logs, and daily/weekly reports on progress and quality inspections. Ensure proper testing and commissioning of all electrical systems before handover. Participate in technical and progress meetings with consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Review and validate as-built drawings and close-out documentation submitted by contractor<br>s.<br>Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.5+ years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of electrical systems (MV/LV), fire alarm, data & telecom, lighting control, and BMS. Familiar with national and international codes and standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA, etc.). Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Office; knowledge of Revit and Navisworks is a plus. Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, site safety, and testing/commissioning protocols. Excellent site coordination, communication, and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under site conditio<br>ns.
