Cornerstone Development is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our construction team for our residential compound projects in the New Administrative Capital .<br>Location: New Administrative Capital Industry: Real Estate Development<br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Supervise and execute all electrical works on site (low voltage, lighting, power, panels, earthing, etc.)<br>Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical drawings and technical specifications<br>Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays<br>Oversee installation of electrical systems in residential buildings (apartments, common areas, parking, landscape lighting)<br>Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure quality standards<br>Conduct inspections and testing before handover<br>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines<br><br>Requirements:<br>5–7 years of experience in construction projects<br>Strong background in residential buildings, compound projects, and infrastructure works (roads, utilities, and site services)<br>Solid technical knowledge of electrical systems and site execution<br>Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams efficiently<br>Strong coordination and problem-solving skills<br><br>If you are technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of managing electrical works and infrastructure integration in large-scale residential projects, we would like to hear from you .

Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor daily site activities. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other project disciplines. Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Prepare daily progress reports and support project documentation. Resolve site issues and provide technical support during project execution. Assist in material inspections and ensure proper resource utilization. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.2–4 years of experience in infrastructure construction projects. Strong knowledge of infrastructure site execution. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD (knowledge of additional engineering software is a plus).

Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the junior engineers and supervisors. Organize the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. Enforce health, safety, and sustainability policies. Prepare a daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles that need to be solved. Coordinate with the Quality Control Department's schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required. Study zone drawings in order to prepare the Material, Equipment, and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule. Coordinate with the technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. Coordinate and organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area. Reviewing the shop drawings and AS built from the technical office. Check and hand over all subcontractor work to QA/Qc Department. Plans the resources for the execution of work with junior engineers and supervisors to meet different deadlines.
