-Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Power Engineering-Ability to read and implement Electrical wiring drawings-Sizing of Energy storage systems and start-up batteries and their respective power cables and busbars ( Load characteristics analysis )-Good understanding of Li-ion batteries and power electronics (Battery Management System(BMS) )is a plus - Understanding of standard battery testing parameters is a plus ( Internal Resistance, Voltage, Capacity, Energy)-Good skills in technical report writing and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)-Proficiency in measurement devices (AC/DC Insulation, IR tester)-- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machines.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in battery manufacturing and industrial automation.
