Key Responsibilities:Review design packages and prepare technical review reports. Prepare and submit RFIs as required. Prepare HVAC shop drawings and perform the required engineering calculations. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Propose and discuss technical solutions to optimize project execution. Manage technical submittals and secure consultant approvals. Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity survey reports. Prepare and update as-built drawings.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–6 years of experience in an HVAC Technical Office role. Proficiency in Revit is a must. Strong knowledge of Auto CAD, HVAC systems, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
