The Finance Manager partners with Sales, Operations, and Country Heads to enforce pricing discipline, margin floors, and data integrity, and to ensure the company hits its profit targets, not just revenue. This is a hands-on role combining FP&A, pricing, commercial analytics, and systems ownership (Odoo + Excel).<br><br>Key responsibilities1) Commercial performance ownership Own gross margin, contribution margin, and net profitability by client, job, and country.oversee margin floors, markup multiples, and pricing guardrails by job type and source.
