Finance Manager, preferably with prior hands-on experience in car showrooms or automobile trading companies, and responsibilities include:

Full supervision of the company's financial and accounting operations.
Setting and following up on financial plans and policies in line with the company's goals.
Preparing and monitoring budgets and cash flows.
Monitoring liquidity and efficiently managing inflows and outflows.
Preparing periodic financial reports and presenting them to senior management.
Analyzing financial results and providing necessary recommendations to support decision making.
Monitoring expenses and costs and working on improving financial efficiency.
Establishing and following up on internal control systems and financial procedures.
Financial supervision of car purchasing and selling operations.
Tracking car costs and reconciling purchase/sale data and inventory.
Following up on collections and payments related to car sales.
Reviewing offers, discounts, and commissions and ensuring approval according to authorities.
Monitoring customer, supplier, and bank accounts.
Controlling inventory to ensure actual balances match records and system.
Tracking car-related expenses such as transportation, maintenance, equipment, and operating costs.
Analyzing profit margins on car sales and monitoring sales financial performance.
Following up on settlements and reconciliations related to cars, inventory, and accounts.
Supervising the preparation of journal entries, accounts, and monthly closings.
Reviewing general ledger, accounts of customers, suppliers, and banks.
Preparing and analyzing financial KPIs.
Supervising monthly and annual closing processes.

Banking, Tax & Audit:

Managing and monitoring banking dealings and credit facilities.
Monitoring bank balances and conducting bank reconciliations.
Supervising tax obligations and ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
Coordination with audit firms, external auditors, and relevant authorities.
Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, laws, and regulations in force.

Qualifications & Requirements:

University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Professional certification such as CMA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
At least six years of practical experience in accounting and finance.
Experience in car showrooms or automotive trading companies preferred.
Experience dealing with banks, auditors, and taxes.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and accounting software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Hours: nine hours per day with one weekly day off. Location: Car showroom
