<p>The Audio Visual (A/V) Manager u2013 Regional Office is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and technical support for audio-visual and event technology services across multiple hospitality properties within the region. This role ensures consistent service standards, operational efficiency, technology innovation, and revenue growth while supporting hotel-based A/V teams in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences.<br>
The A/V Manager serves as the primary regional resource for event technology operations, team development, equipment management, and client satisfaction, working closely with property management, sales teams, event planners, and technical staff.</p></p><p></p>

<p>We are looking for an experienced and driven Section Head – Primary Design Engineer to lead the delivery of HV/MV/EHV substation and power infrastructure projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee primary design activities, manage engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities / deliverables</h4>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the Primary Design Engineering team.</li>
<li>Oversee the design of HV/MV/EHV substations and power infrastructure projects.</li>
<li>Review and approve engineering deliverables, calculations, and technical reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, utility, and client standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Review vendor submittals and provide technical guidance throughout project execution.</li>
<li>Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence within the team.</li>
<li>Support project planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Qualifications and experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.</li>
<li>17+ years of experience in power, transmission, and distribution projects.</li>
<li>Proven expertise in HV/MV/EHV substation design.</li>
<li>Strong experience in managing engineering teams and multidisciplinary projects.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Language proficiency requirements</h4>
<p>Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.</p>
<h4>Knowledge and functional competencies</h4>

<li>Strong knowledge of primary equipment, substations, and power systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT, CDEGS, and related engineering tools.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of IEC, IEEE, and utility standards.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering quality results on time.</li>
