Responsible of all items in his custody (materials, tools, equipment, etc.) and store/preserve them in a proper way according to storage instructions of each item. Also, accuracy of items balances according to their unit of measure (each, weigh, length, etc.). Responsible of matching between items balances in stock cards as well as the recorded in ERP system (Oracle). In control for the general status of the warehouse in terms of appearance, cleanliness, and arranging items in a proper way that preserving inventory without waste or damage. Handle the process of receiving wide range of materials and distribute them to respective site warehouses. Perform the various warehouse procedures (Receiving, issuing, return, transfer, etc.) Prepare Material receiving report (MRR) for daily received items in project and submit it to warehouse supervisor and project manager. Prepare daily report for items which reached to minimum limit to avoid any shortage of them and submit this report to warehouse supervisor and project manager .
