The successful candidate will design and implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement programs, optimize production workflows, and build a high-performing operations team to drive efficiency and meet global demand.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><strong>Lead the end-to-end supply chain</strong> for K Line's clear aligner manufacturing operation in Egypt, including demand planning, procurement of medical-grade raw materials (polymers, packaging), production scheduling, inventory management, and global distribution logistics.</li><li><strong>Design and implement a Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement program</strong> across the entire production facility, deploying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and increase throughput.</li><li><strong>Establish and track key operational KPIs including OEE</strong> (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), on-time delivery, first-pass yield, scrap rates, cycle time, and cost per unit, driving data-based decision making across the factory.</li><li><strong>Optimize the clear aligner production workflow</strong> from digital treatment planning receipt through 3D printing/thermoforming, trimming, polishing, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping, reducing lead times while maintaining medical device quality standards.</li><li><strong>Build and manage the strategic supplier network</strong> for medical-grade materials, ensuring dual-sourcing strategies, supplier quality agreements, and business continuity plans are in place to prevent supply disruptions.</li><li><strong>Lead cross-functional process improvement projects</strong> with Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams, driving Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives that reduce production costs and improve scalability for growing global demand.</li><li><strong>Implement and optimize ERP/MRP systems</strong> (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) to achieve end-to-end visibility across the supply chain, enabling accurate forecasting, automated replenishment, and real-time production tracking.</li><li><strong>Develop and manage</strong> the annual operational budget, identifying cost reduction opportunities across procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics while maintaining compliance with medical device GMP requirements.</li><li><strong>Build, train, and lead a high-performing operations</strong> team in Egypt, establishing standard work procedures, shift management protocols, skills matrices, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on the factory floor.</li><li><strong>Coordinate with international sales and distribution teams</strong> to align supply chain capacity with market demand across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and other territories, ensuring seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction for K Line's growing clear aligner business.</li></ul>

As an MLOps Engineer, you will help productionise machine learning and Generative AI workloads by building reproducible pipelines, robust deployment patterns, and strong observability across AWS. This role is ideal for an engineer who understands fundamentals, critically evaluates new technologies, and enjoys working at the intersection of ML, cloud infrastructure, and Fintech. You will be part of the data team who are responsible for building and deploying the data infrastructure and AI/ML services for the bank<br>. What You’ll DOBuild, improve, and operate ML/Gen AI pipelines in production across AWS environments. Own ML/AI services using AWS-native components such as Lambda, S3, SQS, Event Bridge,Cloud Watch, Sage Maker, Fargate, or Bedrock, depending on use case. Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for model and pipeline validation, testing, deployment, and rollback Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and maintain cloud resources consistently across environments. Contribute to reusable MLOps standards, tooling, and templates that improve delivery speed and consistency across AI use cases.<br>What We’re Looking For Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in MLOps, platform engineering, Dev Ops, backend engineering, ordata engineering with hands-on responsibility for production systems. A mindset that critically evaluates ideas, aiming for simplicity and reliability, keepingcost,performance and security in mind. Practical experience with AWS and cloud-based deployment of data or ML workloads and event driven architectures. Hands-on experience with modern deployment practices for distributed or serverless systems. Experience with Python for automation, testing, pipeline development, and production support. Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool. Good understanding of monitoring and observability. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.<br>Preferred / Nice to Have:Understanding of secure engineering practices for PII-sensitive systems. Experience with AWS Bedrock, Sage Maker, Textract, or similar managed AI/ML services. Exposure to Generative AI use cases, including prompt-based systems or retrieval-aug Mente generation RAG).
