Execute assigned work orders for preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs under Senior Engineer supervision. · Diagnose basic electrical faults, including motor starter issues, sensor replacement, loose connections, and fuse replacement, and perform the necessary repairs. · Assist senior engineers in complex repairs by preparing tools, spare parts, and work areas, and inspect equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation. · Electric maintenance of steel forming machines ( welding,shear,saw,OHC,pressbrake,laser,plasma,CNC)· Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized workshop. · Collect and record equipment history, including repair times, spare parts used, and fault codes, and report completed tasks, pending issues, and observations to the Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer. · Monitor electrical spare parts issuance from the warehouse, track stock balances, and participate in improvement projects such as AMS and new machine installations. · Perform maintenance activities on DP, MDB, and MVSG systems while ensuring optimal utilization of maintenance resources.Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Power Electrical Engineering. · 1–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing internships are a plus). · Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. · Familiarity with multimeters and basic electrical testing tools. · Basic knowledge of PLC systems, including Siemens, Delta, and Omron. · Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to work on the factory floor. · Disciplined, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. · Good communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage. · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
