Application Support Engineer — Troubleshooting, Integration & Migration<br>Be the precision layer between enterprise clients and R&D — on production systems that some of Egypt's largest organizations run their daily operations on, including live AI. This is not ticket triage: you work from logs, APM traces, database queries, and architecture documentation to find the real cause of application-layer incidents, fix what lives in configuration, data, or integration, and hand R&D only confirmed, reproducible bugs.
