Briefly: An Egyptian company registered (commercial register and tax card) specializing in creating integrated e-commerce stores for shops and restaurants, is seeking the first Field Sales Executive — not the 50th employee in the team, but the person who will establish sales with us and lead the upcoming team personally. First, honestly: the first 3–6 months involve 100% direct field sales: daily visits to shop owners, a live demo storefront banner with the trader’s identity from your mobile, and closing subscriptions. This path’s condition is not a flaw — whoever leads the salespeople must have closed deals with their own hands first. Those who prove their numbers will lead the team that will participate in selecting it themselves, with a higher base and supervisory commission on the team's sales. What you will get from day one: Fixed base salary [6,500–7,000] EGP not tied to sales. Monthly travel allowance + mobile credit. Commission on every contract with no cap + recurring commission on subscriptions — the hardworking can earn [15,000–20,000] EGP monthly, paid by the 5th of each month at the latest. Additional performance bonus during the first three months of foundation. Two days of paid training + ready-to-use scripts + a demo store you present from your mobile. Requirement: at least two years of field experience (preferably selling services or B2B subscriptions) — real leadership ambition and readiness to be accountable for the numbers — smart mobile and daily commitment to documenting visits. Nature of work: fully field-based (full-time), with a weekly meeting at the admin head office at [Sheikh Zayed - Heliopolis].
Additional Details

Number of vacancies: 1

Shift system: morning only

Benefits: travel allowance
