Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Support Construction team on site on daily duties and tasks. Explain to the project’s key personnel the importance of the contract clauses, payments and change processes. Review the contract conditions carefully and thoroughly. Ensure all notices are issued to the client within the time frame set forth in the contract. Draft all letters’ responses concerning any contractual issues such as claims, disputes, back charges, completion certificates, insurance and contract amendments, after Project Manager approval. Ensure the site document control is keeping adequate files and logs of all issued and receipt letters, and report any record keeping problems to the Project Manager. Ensure that project records and reports are timely prepared and submitted in the manner necessary to protect Company’s interests and to support any future claims. Maintain logs for claim notices, claims back charges and insurance as required by the Contracts Manager. Document and record all events or cases that could give rise to a claim. Attend all progress meetings, ensuring that no positions or statements, contradicting with the contract conditions, are imposed on the Company. Review issues minutes of meeting to ensure they accurately reflect the statements and positions discussed during the meeting. Follow up on work progress and payment progress, identify areas of concerns in terms of late payments, delays and recommend actions to the project management. Support the headquarter Contracts Department in claim preparation by providing any required information, details and documents. Participate in Settlement meetings and negotiations. Prepare and submit the periodic reports required by the contract manager. Participate in Pre-award review for similar contract packages. Report lessons learnt from previous cases. Carryout any other tasks that are instructed by the Contracts Department Minumum Requirements & Qualifications BSc Construction Management/ Engineering. C activity to ensure the compliance of Inward Raw Material to designated specifications and to ensure conforming of subassemblies and processed material to the design specification and to ensure the compliance of finished product to customer requirement.

Job Purpose Supervise all activities to ensure fulfilment of customer's requirement relating to products, ensure that all Inward material components meet specification and to provide the confidence to the organization that all sub-assemblies and sub sequent processes are conforming to requirement and finally all submitted products are totally conforming to customer requirements.<br>Responsibilities Supervise the Q. C staff engaged in inspection and testing activities. Participate Q. C Manager in providing technical expertise to all Q. C team. Evaluating Q. C team performance against their Job requirement and assign training needs to upgrade their skills. Assist Q. C Manager in preparing Quality Control objectives on annual bases. Participate Q. C Manager in interpretation of Quality to key personnel in the organization. Interacting with suppliers to improve their performance and to be sure of their supply conformity. Supervise implementing statistical tools for analyzing product related inspection and / or testing data. Participate with production manager and other interested parties to prevent or eliminate the cause of product defect. Supervise creating, documenting, maintaining and implementing the inspection and or test criteria. Supervise and manager all inspection and test activities and related activities throughout production cycle. Report regularly to Q. C Manager analytical data about product quality in different phases (In ward Inspection, In Process Inspection – Final Inspection). Supervise and monitor activities including inspections, Testing, Design, Validation, Calibration, Test Methods and Infrastructure. Participate with relevant company managers to study the cause of defect regarding each customer complaint to prevent recurrence. Supervise and implement the requirement of quality management system ISO 9001- requirement. Support QA department to implement the requirement of environmental management system ISO 14001-2015 or equivalent. Supervise the implementation of calibration program including the definition of Calibration range, calibration frequency and internal and/ or external calibration. Supervise and monitor Quality related cost in order to continuously reduce quality related activities cost (Including appraisal prevention and failure cost). Prepare the complete Quality control plan for all products reporting all activities to Qc manager in monthly base for all production and defected parts.<br>Qualifications BSc of Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or BSc of science.
