Prepare technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs). Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to customers. Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs with accurate technical content and competitive solution architecture. Collaborate with OEM vendors (Dell, HPE, Net App, IBM, Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Cisco, etc.) to get the best pricing, technical support, and certifications. Conduct sizing and capacity planning for storage and backup environments. Support pre-sales activities such as site surveys, technical workshops, and customer training sessions. Stay updated on the latest data center, storage, backup, cloud, and hyper-converged technology trends. Assist in transitioning closed deals to the implementation/delivery team with clear documentation. Maintain strong relationships with vendor presales/technical teams for escalation and support.<br>Required Skills & Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.3–7 years of experience in a Presales/Solutions Engineer role focused on Data Center, Storage, and Backup technologies.
