We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer to support Project Managers across multiple active commercial construction projects within a fast-paced General Contractor / Design-Build environment. This role has a strong focus on submittals, quantity takeoffs, RFIs, project coordination, document control, and cost support. The Sales Engineer will document client interactions, report on sales activities, and contribute feedback to improve products and services.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong Sales Engineering and technical support skills to translate customer needs into appropriate furniture solutions. Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage the full sales cycle and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present proposals, explain technical details, and collaborate with internal teams. Experience working with furniture, interior design, or related technical products is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Al Jizah, Egypt and travel locally to client locations as needed. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort with basic CAD drawings, technical specifications, or product configuration tools is beneficial.

Job Description• Produce detailed shop drawings and specify the nature, quantity, and quality of materials required and select suitable materials (wood, metal, accessories, paint, textiles, fabrics, etc.…).• Produce cutting lists needed for furniture and woodwork production.• Ensure high quality, innovative, functional production solutions and ensure the proper conversion of the design into processes and steps.• Work closely with other related technical / non-technical departments (production, warehouse, design, procurement, sales, finance, operations, etc.…)• Represent the company in technical meetings and presentations.• Receive the final approved & signed documents (B. O. Q – P. O, etc.…) and save them as both hard and soft copies.• Send all of the order documents to all of the concerned department/parties to start their role(s).• Manage the operations report including all of the project phases.• Prepare the orders forms (metal & factory woodwork) and send them to the technical teams.• Represent the company in technical meetings and presentations.<br> Job Requirements• Bachelor of Applied Arts, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.• 1:3 years of experience as a technical office engineer in furniture factories/woodworks industry.• Furniture manufacturing experience is preferred.• Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Illustrator and Solid Works.• Quantity surveying.• Costing & cost analysis.• Cutting lists.• Shop-drawings.• Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word – Excel - Power Point).• Aware of the furniture/interiors industry and the manufacturing phases and components.
