Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate with site personnel, suppliers, and internal stakeholders and to document inventory-related information clearly. Candidates should possess Inspection experience and familiarity with Construction Safety practices to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are compliant, stored safely, and used appropriately. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of construction processes, materials management, and inventory control systems or ERP tools. Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or a related field are preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate accurate reports, and improve inventory workflows is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced construction environment are required.
