<h5>Business management</h5>
<ul>
<li>Helps implement annual HSE business plan objectives and targets at the program/project level</li>
<li>Contributes to ‘work winning’ by contributing to RFP responses (as required)</li>
<li>Implements the requirements of our ISO 45001 certified Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS) and provides feedback on potential improvement opportunities</li>
<li>Provides HSE support and guidance to program/project staff</li>
<li>Helps to deliver JLL’s Global Week campaign on their assigned program/project</li>
<li>Implements all new and revised HSE plans, processes, procedures, and other documents as communicated by the Senior HSE Manager or HSE Lead & Subject Matter Expert</li>
<li>Attends all MEA HSE meetings and proactively participates</li>

<h5>Program start-up and mobilization</h5>

<li>Acts as primary project contact for HSE matters on their program/project</li>
<li>Works with project teams to identify HSE resource requirements</li>
<li>Works with project teams to understand client HSE requirements and deliverables</li>
<li>Develops and delivers project specific documents (e.g. HSE plans, procedures, forms) using templates from the knowledge platform (KP)</li>
<li>Consults with the MEA HSE Lead & SME if client required documents are not available on the KP</li>
<li>Submits all project specific HSE documents for the required QA/QC checks</li>
<li>Conducts technical evaluations on consultant/contractor technical RFP returns</li>
<li>Reviews consultant and contractor HSE document submissions for suitability and compliance with client, legal and JLL requirements</li>
<li>Ensures a comprehensive project HSE plan is developed and complies with JLL requirements</li>

<li>Conducts internal HSE review meetings and inspections/audits to ensure compliance with the HSE management plan and client requirements</li>

<li>Provides HSE advice and guidance to the program/project Director</li>
<li>Manages performance of direct reports and deals effectively with non-performance issues when needed in a timely manner</li>
<li>Conducts audits and inspections to ensure that specified HSE deliverables and contractual obligations are implemented; deals effectively with any shortfalls in performance</li>
<li>Ensures the performance of client-employed consultants and contractors is monitored against their contractual requirements and approved HSE plans, raising any issues with the client</li>
<li>Provides HSE performance reports and presentations to the client and stakeholders</li>

<li>Provides the Senior HSE Manager or MEA HSE Lead & SME with on-time HSE performance statistics for inclusion in the monthly ExCom HSE report</li>

<li>Assists the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and selecting suitable HSE candidates</li>
<li>Engages in selection, interviewing and recruitment of project HSE candidates (below Director level) with relevant Project Directors</li>
<li>Seeks to further the diversity and inclusion agenda and targets (including Saudization and Emiratization targets) throughout the recruitment process</li>
<li>Interprets and incorporates HSE business plan objectives into their own (and team members’) goal setting</li>
<li>Ensures timely completion of all performance management processes in Workday</li>
<li>Ensures the correct management of underperforming direct reports, ensuring correct HR processes are followed and consultation at every stage is sought in a timely manner</li>

At Deloitte, our Technology Resilience practice turns that vision into reality through resilience thinking. You will help organizations decide what absolutely must survive, test the strength of their datacenters and clouds, and shape next-generation safeguards that stand up to the worst-case scenario. Your recommendations reach boardrooms, influence capital spend, and protect critical national infrastructure.</p>
<h4>Outcomes you will drive:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Define and assess a client’s Minimum Viable Company (MVC) identifying the core capabilities, systems, and dependencies required to sustain operations during disruption.</li>
<li>Lead Technology Impact Analyses (TIA) to map the relationships between business services, applications, infrastructure, and third-party providers, and understand the operational consequences of their failure.</li>
<li>Evaluate data centers, cloud environments, and network architecture from a resilience and recoverability perspective identifying single points of failure, weak failover strategies, or latency risks.</li>
<li>Design and recommend modern resilience solutions, including immutable backups, data vaulting, tiered recovery architecture, cloud-native resilience models, and chaos engineering practices.</li>
<li>Conduct resilience risk assessments across IT environments helping clients identify exposure to cyber events, operational errors, or infrastructure failure, and advising on mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Perform resilience posture assessments using Deloitte’s proprietary frameworks and help clients benchmark against industry standards such as ISO 22301, DORA, NIST, and NIS2.</li>
<li>Translate resilience requirements into tangible recovery capabilities such as defining Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), and testing protocols for critical services.</li>
<li>Develop and implement resilience roadmaps that prioritize quick wins and long-term transformation balancing compliance, technical feasibility, and business expectations.</li>
<li>Facilitate scenario-based simulations and tabletop exercises to validate readiness across business and IT stakeholders and refine response protocols based on real-world dynamics.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with cyber, cloud, infrastructure, and risk teams to embed resilience into transformation programs, ensuring it’s considered from the start not after deployment.</li>
<li>Support clients in meeting regulatory expectations around operational resilience, including guidance for financial services, energy, and other critical infrastructure sectors.</li>
<li>Provide professional guidance or leadership to other junior resources within the Cyber team.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of Deloitte’s resilience offerings, methodologies, and tools helping to shape how we go to market and deliver impact at scale.</li>

<h4>Essentials</h4>
<p>These are the core capabilities and experiences needed to be successful in this role:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in technology related field</li>
<li>Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network architecture, compute, cloud, and disaster recovery</li>
<li>Proven experience in leading and coaching junior resources within the technical field</li>
<li>Strong understanding of technology resilience concepts, including recovery architecture, IT continuity, backup strategies, and failover design</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience conducting Technology Impact Analysis (TIA) or similar exercises to assess critical IT dependencies</li>
<li>Proven ability to evaluate data centers, hybrid/cloud infrastructure, and application landscapes through a resilience lens</li>
<li>Hands-on exposure to modern resilience solutions, such as immutable backups, cyber vaults, DR-as-a-Service (DRaaS), or cloud-native recovery approaches</li>
<li>Experience performing resilience posture assessments and advising on improvements using industry-aligned frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, DORA, NIST, COBIT)</li>
<li>Ability to translate technical risks into business impact terms and communicate recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Demonstrated involvement in developing or supporting resilience strategies, roadmaps, or implementation plans for enterprise clients</li>
<li>Knowledge of regulatory expectations around technology resilience, especially within sectors like financial services, energy, or government</li>
</ul>
<h4>Desirables</h4>

<li>Familiarity with business continuity, crisis management, or operational resilience frameworks beyond IT-specific areas</li>

<li>Understanding of cyber-resilience intersections, such as ransomware preparedness, zero-trust recovery, or secure-by-design principles</li>
<li>Exposure to emerging technology risk (e.g., AI model resilience, edge computing, or OT/ICS environments)</li>
<li>Professional certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Auditor/Implementer, CBCI, AWS/Azure cloud certs, or DORA/operational resilience credentials</li>
