<h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>Support the Architectural Design Manager in coordinating and reviewing architectural designs across all project stages, ensuring full alignment with approved standards, regulatory requirements, and overall project objectives while maintaining design quality and consistency.</p>

<p>Manage the tenant and customer liaison function by ensuring Cairo Festival City Mall tenants adhere to Al-Futtaim retail standards, business compliance requirements, and agreed tenant obligations. This Drawdown Facility shall also serve as an implementation support mechanism for selected institutional modernisation, capacity-building, and digital transformation priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Expatriates (MoFAIC). Assignments contributing to this objective will be implemented upon request of the EU Delegation, in close coordination with MoFAIC and its relevant departments, and shall remain fully consistent with NDICI Global Europe priorities and EU procedures. The contractor will manage the facility, propose experts, organise missions and ensure quality control and reporting.</p><p>Job description The Team Leader will have overall responsibility for the management, coordination and quality assurance of the Drawdown Facility. <p>We are seeking a software release specialist to plan, coordinate and continuously improve software release activities across application operations. The role focuses on ensuring user-facing services and production systems run smoothly by aligning release schedules with business needs, technology requirements, quality standards, compliance expectations and operational stability. The role is based in Cairo and sits within application operation.</p>

<p>We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to provide customer-facing technical support for premium business customers with complex networking solutions and demanding service level requirements. This role operates within a 24/7 shift-based environment and focuses on network fault management, incident ownership, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication. <li>Exposure to MPLS fundamentals, including LDP, TDP, and traffic engineering, is advantageous.</li>
<li>Educational background in engineering, computer networks, telecommunications, or a related discipline.</li>
