<p><b>Key Roles: </b>1.Promote the growth of the Cash Management business across CIB clients aiming to increase the bank s share of cash management business, ensuring P&L and liabilities growth. 2.Promote Cash Management products and services to target CIB Clients. 3.Accountable for Cash Management P&L and deliver profitable growth and financial objectives on their scope. 4.Key KPIs to include commission and P&L and liquidity growth, as well as efficiency by ensuring targeted penetration of client base to use Arabi Connect. 5.Proactively manage client's requirements with the appropriate Cash Management solutions. 6.Develop account plan for each client in coordination with CIB team to highlight the potentials in place to grow the wallet share of the company s cash throughput and operating accounts and the same to be reflected in each credit recommendation, this is done through understanding the business model and analyzing the client s financial statements. 7.Assist the CM Manager in developing the target market of clients that the Cash Management business drive will focus on. 8.Identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in capturing them. 9.Report changes in the local market (regulatory, economic, competition) which could impact the cash management business, products.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Education: University degree (MBA a plus). Manage a portfolio of credit files across assigned industries, and preparation of industry overviews for the purpose of credit files and portfolio reviews. Deliver in a timely fashion quality credit files according to set departmental work plans. Spreading, updating client ratings within Anadefi, and analysis of the financial accounts submitted by the client. Obtaining, in coordination with the Coverage team, all the information required for the preparation of the credit files. Drawing conclusions on the overall risk of the counterparty. Coordinate with Risk for smooth credit approval process. Support Team Head in mentoring other team members. Ensuring follow up of decision process, and approvals.<br>Requirements:<br>College degree, preferably with an exposure to financial Modelling / Analysis..5-8 years of experience in Analysis. Credit Course is a must. Adequate knowledge of credit /financial analysis, with wide exposure to the Egyptian market. Ability to assess risks and draw credit conclusions. Communication skills with both internal (relationship managers, risk and operations) and external clients. Leadership skills. Methodical and systematic in work approach.
