The Programming Coordinator will play a key role in activating the destination, enhancing visitor experiences, and contributing to Torasna's mission of connecting audiences with culture, heritage, and community through meaningful programming.<br>Key Responsibilities Programming Strategy & Development Design and implement Ghurnata's annual and seasonal programming calendar, including cultural, educational, wellness, social, and community activities. Develop customer-centric programming that reflects Torasna's vision while responding to audience interests and market opportunities. Research local and international programming trends and recommend innovative concepts, formats, and partnerships. Continuously evaluate program performance and use audience feedback to refine future programming.<br> Program Delivery & Operations Coordinate the planning and execution of all assigned programs from concept through delivery. Manage scheduling, logistics, venue preparation, materials, suppliers, facilitators, and on-site operations. Ensure programs are delivered safely, professionally, on schedule, and in accordance with Torasna's quality standards. Support the preparation and monitoring of program budgets and track expenditure against approved allocations. Maintain customer databases, participant records, attendance reports, and partnership information. <p>Position Summary IREX seeks an experienced and visionary Project Director to lead an anticipated U.S. Department of State-funded program that will strengthen Egypt's AI workforce pipeline and expand the adoption of technology-enabled learning in K-12 education. The project will support Egypt's long-term economic competitiveness by improving digital literacy, STEM learning, AI readiness, workforce skills development, and connections between educational institutions and industry. The program will engage Egyptian government counterparts, public schools, universities, technical institutions, U.S. technology companies, and private-sector employers to build sustainable pathways from classroom learning to high-value employment opportunities in emerging technology sectors. The Project Director will provide strategic, technical, financial, and operational leadership for a large-scale, multi-year program.
