Our expertise includes OCTG Services, API &amp; Premium Connection Rethreading, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Repair, Bucking Operations, Welding, Hard banding, and related workshop and field services.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p><strong>The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and machining components using CNC machines in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and production schedules.</strong></p><p><strong>The position supports manufacturing, repair, rethreading, and refurbishment activities for OCTG accessories and oilfield equipment.</strong></p><p><strong>This position is site-based and requires working on a rotational schedule at the company's operational sites. It is not an office-based position.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Machine Operation</strong></p><ul><li><p>Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Set up machines, tooling, and fixtures.</p></li><li><p>Load and verify machining programs.</p></li><li><p>Monitor machining operations and machine performance.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Production Activities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manufacture components according to drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Perform machining operations with required tolerances.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper thread machining when applicable.</p></li><li><p>Meet production schedules and targets.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Quality Control</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform dimensional checks using measuring instruments.</p></li><li><p>Verify compliance with drawings and work instructions.</p></li><li><p>Report non-conforming products immediately.</p></li><li><p>Maintain product traceability when required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Machine Care</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform daily machine inspections.</p></li><li><p>Maintain machine cleanliness and housekeeping.</p></li><li><p>Report machine malfunctions to Maintenance Department.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preventive maintenance activities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Safety Compliance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Follow HSE procedures and machine safety requirements.</p></li><li><p>Use PPE at all times.</p></li><li><p>Maintain safe working conditions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>

1.تشغيل وصيانة ومتابعة منظومات (التكيف – المصاعد – الغازات الطبية – انذار الحريق – مكافحة الحريق).<br>2.عمل تقرير شهريا بجميع المنظومات وعمل الصيانة الوقائية.<br>3.صيانة وتشغيل جميع مواتير المياة بجميع المباني &nbsp;حسب خطة الصيانة.<br>4.ادخال بيانات وأعطال الصيانة والصيانه الوقائية على برنامج الصيانة يوميا.<br>5.تقفيل اعمال الصيانة الشهرية واستخراج التقارير من برنامج وامضاء الفاتورة من رئيس قطاع الصيانة.<br>6.تلقي أعطال الصيانه وتوجيه الفنيين عليها يوميا.<br>7.متابعة الفنين وعمل جدول الورادي ومتابعة الحضور والانصراف مع مشرف الصيانة أسبوعيا.<br>8.متابعة صيانة جميع محطات الحريق يوميا.<br>9.متابعة صيانة وتشغيل مراوح التهوية وسحب الغازات ولوحات الكهرباء يوميا.<br>10.متابعة تشغيل والحالة الفنية الخاصة بمولدات الديزل وعمل تقارير بحالتها شهريا .<br>11.متابعة اعمال صيانه اليومية والشهرية وتنسيق مع ادارة الصيانة الخاصة بالعميل.<br>12.أعتماد جميع فواتير الشركة ومذكرات القبض.<br>13.متابعة تنفيذ بنود الصيانة السنوية من قبل المقاولين مع ادارة الصيانه وأرشفتها.<br>14- خبرة في اعمال الصيانة وادارة المرافق ( ضرورية جدا )<br><br>
