You'll engage with enterprise customers and channel partners across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, application delivery, and modern application environments.</p><br><p>Whether presenting solution architectures, delivering proof of concepts (POCs), or advising customers on their digital transformation journeys, you'll play an important role in helping customers achieve their goals while contributing to the success of the business.</p><br><p>At F5, you'll benefit from ongoing technical training, professional certifications, and continuous career development opportunities that support your growth.</p><br><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><br><p>Customer & Sales Engagement</p><br><ul><li>Partner with Account Managers to understand customer business objectives and technical requirements.</li><li>Position F5 solutions by clearly articulating both their technical capabilities and business value.</li><li>Design and present solution architectures tailored to customer needs.</li><li>Deliver engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts (POCs).</li><li>Build trusted advisor relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Support strategic sales opportunities from technical qualification through to successful closure.</li><li>Provide consultative guidance that helps customers solve business and technology challenges.</li></ul><p><b>Technical Leadership</b></p><br><ul><li>Maintain expert knowledge of F5 technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions.</li><li>Design complex technical solutions and system configurations.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to support customer feature requests and product enhancements.</li><li>Create technical documentation to support customer engagements and proof of concepts.</li><li>Work closely with Technical Support to help ensure successful customer outcomes.</li><li>Solve complex technical challenges creatively and independently.</li></ul><p><b>Partner Enablement</b></p><br><ul><li>Support F5 channel partners throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Deliver technical enablement, product demonstrations, and solution training.</li><li>Help partners develop their technical capabilities and effectively position F5 solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with Channel and Sales leadership to strengthen partner relationships and drive mutual success.</li></ul><p><b>Collaboration & Operational Excellence</b></p><br><ul><li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Technical Support.</li><li>Maintain accurate customer account information, technical opportunities, and account strategies using Salesforce and internal sales tools.</li><li>Contribute to technical best practices, customer success stories, white papers, and knowledge sharing across the Solutions Engineering community.</li><li>Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and company policies at all times.</li></ul><p><b>What We're Looking For</b></p><br><ul><li>Several years of experience in a pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or Systems Engineering role within enterprise technology.</li><li>Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: cloud platforms, cybersecurity, application delivery, networking, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.</li><li>Strong customer-facing presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.</li><li>Experience designing technical solutions that address customer business needs.</li><li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Experience with F5 technologies or comparable application delivery and security platforms is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken is essential.
