Job Title: Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer Location: Egypt Department: TP.ai<br>About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join TP.ai. This is a hands-on AI implementation role responsible for leading the successful deployment and adoption of TP.ai FAB solutions within client environments. As the senior technical owner of a deployment, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and bridge the gap between engineering, product, and operations teams. The role combines technical expertise, agile problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver AI solutions that create measurable business impact. You will work with AI products and microservices through configuration, integration, and supported customization while contributing valuable feedback to improve scalability, reliability, and user experience.<br>Key Responsibilities:Discovery & Solutioning Conduct discovery sessions to understand business workflows and identify AI integration opportunities. Configure and customize FAB applications based on client requirements and operational needs. Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions during pilot phases, prioritizing configuration over custom code. Design and validate APIs, integrations, and workflows connecting FAB services with client systems. Lead technical discovery and scoping discussions with senior client stakeholders and translate requirements into deliverable solutions. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in software, solutions, or integration engineering, including client-facing delivery or consulting experience. Proven experience owning end-to-end enterprise deployments as the senior technical point of contact. Hands-on production experience with Gen AI and LLM technologies. Experience working across multiple cloud platforms and cloud migrations. Hands-on experience with speech and real-time audio technologies. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and working with data residency and GDPR requirements.<br>Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in Python, Java Script, or Node.js for scripting, integrations, and configuration work.
