Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The person in this role will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their real estate needs, and present suitable residential and commercial options backed by data and expert insights. Daily activities include conducting property consultations, following up on leads, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and coordinating property viewings. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and developers, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. This role also involves staying up to date on market trends, project launches, and RED’s developer partnerships to provide informed guidance to clients. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver a high-quality experience. Proven Sales capabilities, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market. Experience in Sales Management and Training to support performance monitoring, coaching, and continuous improvement of sales practices. Familiarity with real estate markets in Cairo and surrounding areas, with the ability to interpret data and project information. Comfort using CRM tools, digital platforms, and basic office software for tracking activities and reporting. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate, property consulting, or a related field is an advantage. Relevant post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is preferred.
