<br><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support second line sanctions screening activities by validating and investigating escalations from first line screening. The role focuses on determining whether potential matches are false positives or confirmed risks, conducting thorough due diligence, assessing regulatory restrictions, and recommending appropriate compliance actions. This position plays a vital role in strengthening the compliance framework, mitigating risk, and ensuring adherence to global sanctions and export control regulations.</p><br><br><br><b>What you’ll do</b>

The company is known for its “Equipment That Never Stops” philosophy, emphasizing dependable service and long-term partnerships.<br>Role Description The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen OTRAC’s brand presence and drive demand across the heavy equipment and power solutions segments. This full-time, remote role involves planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline activities, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, defining target segments, and creating value propositions and marketing plans that support sales objectives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and service teams to develop promotional materials, sales enablement tools, and customer communications. The role also includes tracking campaign performance, optimizing budgets, overseeing external agencies or vendors when needed, and reporting on marketing outcomes to senior leadership.<br>Qualifications<br> Strategic marketing skills, including marketing planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy development. Digital marketing capabilities such as social media management, online advertising, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics. Content and communication skills, including copywriting, editing, presentation development, and campaign messaging. Experience with market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and timelines, and to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Previous experience in B2B marketing; exposure to heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or power generation sectors is highly beneficial. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with CRM and marketing tools, and comfort working independently in a remote environment. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
