<strong>Job Description</strong><br>Role Objective:<br>The accountant is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant accounting services for a portfolio of clients while supporting internal accounting operations. The role ensures end-to-end financial processing, reconciliations, reporting, and client support in line with regulatory requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective management of multiple client accounts, and excellent stakeholder communication.<br><b>Key Accountabilities</b><br>• Deliver end-to-end accounting services for assigned client portfolios<br>• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and reconciliations<br>• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls<br>• Support internal accounting operations and payroll activities<br>• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders<br><b>Key responsibilities</b><br>Client Accounting (End-to-End)<br>• Manage full accounting cycles for a portfolio of 30+ clients<br>• Record and issue client sales invoices in compliance with local requirements, including e-invoicing where applicable<br>• Validate, review, and record supplier invoices in accordance with local regulatory standards<br>• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and share regular financial updates with clients<br>• Process month-end adjustments, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, gratuity provisions, and other required entries<br>• Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring zero unreconciled variances<br>• Liaise directly with clients on accounting queries, reconciliations, and reporting matters<br>• Prepare system-generated financial reports and respond to client requests in a timely manner<br><b>Creation Accounting Support</b><br>• Update Creation client reconciliations daily by allocating invoices and expenses to relevant projects<br>• Identify discrepancies or anomalies and report them promptly to the Finance Manager<br>• Perform weekly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations for Creation<br>• Provide backup support for client payroll processing and Creation payroll activities<br>• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in line with company policies and accounting standards<br>• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and data confidentiality at all times<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve accounting processes<br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline<br>• English & Arabic fluency is mandatory<br>• Experience working with payroll, customs & ZATCA portal is mandatory<br>• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is preferred<br>• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience<br>• Prior experience managing multiple clients or working within an accounting, audit, or professional services environment<br>• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high-volume workloads<br> </div>
