<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a Business Transformation Lead to drive process design, maturity, and continuous improvement across UK delivery operations. This role acts as a trusted process consultant, supporting end-to-end transformation across the Sell–Build–Run lifecycle, from pre-sales through to operations handover. The individual will embed Lean methodologies, lead strategic improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within an Agile, Spotify-based organisational model to deliver measurable business outcomes.</p>
<h4>What you will do</h4>
