Position Objective Ensure product and process conformity within the assigned Autonomous Production Unit (APU) by performing routine inspections, verifying compliance with approved quality standards, and promptly identifying and escalating deviations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine product and process inspections in accordance with approved Control Plans, inspection standards, specifications, and work instructions. Primary Function:Logistics Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support in import and export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication with logistics partners, and timely reporting to facilitate compliance and efficient shipment handling. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities noted below are the essential functions of the job.· Support in all paperwork for both import and export business.· Manage the documentation cycle of import and export processes.· Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearance brokers for pick-up and shipping.· Follow up on the status of all shipments at airport and seaport.· Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.· Operate on the NAFEZA system and communicate with GOEIC to follow up on new decrees.· Request packing lists and draft invoices from HQ after receiving final confirmation on required quantities.· Coordinate with customs consultants to verify legal requirements, document legalization, tariffs, HS codes, and applicable agreements.· Monitor daily delivery reports from logistics teams and assist in resolving delivery issues.· Verify shipment documents before submitting them to brokers to ensure clearance readiness.· Submit all shipment data and documents on the company’s system.· Send SOH daily and tracking reports weekly without delay.· Perform outdoor visits / willingness to travel and attend governmental courses when required.· Update shared tracking report on the shared point.· Update & send the tracking to all supply chain team.<br>Other Duties:The incumbent may be asked to perform additional job-related duties and take on other responsibilities as dictated by events and circumstances and working conditions.
