The Tax & Accounting Lead supports accounting activities of closing and reporting<b>Main Responsibilities:</b><b><u>TAX</u></b><ul><li>Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. </li><li>Compliance: Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations related to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to income tax, sales tax, transfer pricing, and customs duties. </li><li>Tax Planning: Identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiencies through proper planning, including the evaluation of tax implications for business decisions, acquisitions, and divestitures.</li><li>Tax Reporting: Prepare and review tax returns, reports, and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
