Providing broader business administration and coordination support where required, including document management, reporting, internal processes and ad hoc projects. Identifying opportunities to strengthen and improve HR, contract management and administrative processes as the business develops.<br>What we're looking for<br>A degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management or a closely related discipline. A minimum of 5 years' experience working in an HR Manager role with broad generalist responsibility. Strong practical experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and the full employee lifecycle. Good knowledge of UK and Egyptian employment law and HR best practice. Confidence advising managers and handling sensitive or complex employee matters. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams, cultures and territories. A practical, organised and solutions-focused approach. A recognised HR qualification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent would be advantageous but is not essential.
