Observe and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or unusual incidents to the Security Supervisor immediately. Maintain continuous surveillance of all assigned camera systems during the shift without interruption. Record, document, and report all security incidents accurately and in a timely manner. Retrieve, review, and preserve CCTV footage when requested by authorized management or for investigation purposes. Ensure that all CCTV equipment, monitors, recording devices, and related systems are functioning properly and report any faults immediately. Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and security-related information at all times. Assist security officers by providing real-time information during emergencies, incidents, or investigations. Monitor fire alarm systems, access control systems, and other security monitoring systems where applicable. Ensure all CCTV recordings are stored and archived according to hotel policies and legal requirements. Keep accurate logs of incidents, equipment status, maintenance requests, and daily activities.
