Job Description<br>Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of telecommunications systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-availability communication between field assets and central SCADA/ADMS platforms. Manage the planning, engineering, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness of communication infrastructure projects. Lead and supervise multidisciplinary engineering and field teams responsible for microwave, MPLS-TP, OTN, LAN/WAN, RTU communications, and related telecom systems. Review and approve technical designs, engineering deliverables, method statements, test procedures, and installation documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements. Seeing through all such activities to be done at highest quality standards and ensuring complete adherence to change management processes and at the same time minimizing any risks associated with such changes on VFE network through setting and following proper testing procedures before and after changes.<br>
Review and ensure VFE targets related to new promos, tariffs, products, etc. are achieved with minimum impact on live network and customer experience.</p>
