Responsibilities: - Provide advanced technical support to maintenance technicians and engineers. - Analyze complex technical faults and determine appropriate solutions. - Implement technical training programs and workshops. - Prepare training materials and technical presentations. - Monitor technicians' technical performance and provide guidance and evaluation. - Analyze recurring faults and field quality issues. - Prepare technical reports and escalate recommendations to management. - Coordinate with various departments to address technical issues and improve service quality. - Keep up with the latest developments and techniques related to air conditioning and refrigeration products.
