Job Purpose:<br>To prepare budgets, track the actual costs to identify project expenses over and under runs, trends,areas of inefficiency and opportunities for project cost improvement. Job Description:Support for the electric CV&CE fleet's technical health. To guarantee that all routine maintenance is completed on time and to the highest possible standard, proactively coordinate with service centers. In the instance of EV breakdown, serve as the lead technical investigator. You will oversee the troubleshooting procedure, assist technicians both remotely and on-site, and make sure a prompt and efficient fix is found to get units back to operation. As a main technical connection with the manufacturer technical teams, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor all technical incidents, giving the manufacturer accurate and complete data to ensure prompt resolution of complex issues. Take total accountability for the EV warranty procedure. Make sure that all work orders related to warranties are properly completed on the ERP system, meeting all deadlines and manufacturer specifications. Promote the development of warranty KPIs, such as processing time and claim approval rate. You will keep an eye on output, spot bottlenecks, and take steps to correct them. Control the warranty's financial aspects by keeping track of monthly invoices, submitting claims for reimbursement, and working with finance teams to guarantee prompt settlement. Play as our EV fleet's ambassador for quality. Create and deliver quarterly reports on ongoing quality problems that are backed up by thorough technical analyses and data that identify the root cause of the issue. Implement multi-sensor fusion methods. Assist in the integration of perception models into real-time embedded processing pipelines. Perform model training, evaluation, and optimization to improve accuracy and efficiency. Contribute to sensor calibration and synchronization procedures. Execute perception modules in both simulation and real-world environments, logging and analyzing results. Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and annotation validation for model development. Apply model optimization techniques such as quantization and Tensor RT deployment. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and CI/CD pipeline integration. Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities Support Construction team on site on daily duties and tasks. Explain to the project’s key personnel the importance of the contract clauses, payments and change processes. Review the contract conditions carefully and thoroughly. Ensure all notices are issued to the client within the time frame set forth in the contract. Draft all letters’ responses concerning any contractual issues such as claims, disputes, back charges, completion certificates, insurance and contract amendments, after Project Manager approval. Ensure the site document control is keeping adequate files and logs of all issued and receipt letters, and report any record keeping problems to the Project Manager. Ensure that project records and reports are timely prepared and submitted in the manner necessary to protect Company’s interests and to support any future claims. Report to the Project Manager any deviation from the contract requirements. Ensure any verbal instructions/directions are timely documented.
