Prepare cost reports and present financial updates to project management. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and clients. Assist in final account preparation and project closeout.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction projects. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Auto CAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., Cost X, CCS, or similar). Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management is a plus. Experience with commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
