Manage all aspects from vendor selection and budget oversight to on-site coordination. Develop, manage, and track event budgets, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). Measure and report on the effectiveness of all event campaigns, using key metrics such as media impressions, audience engagement, and event ROI to inform future strategies. In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.<br>Key Requirements:<br>10-15 years of progressive experience in event management, media relations, or corporate communications. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events and media campaigns. Exceptional communication and media relations skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Expertise in budget management and performance tracking. Proven ability to manage crisis communications and protect brand reputation. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in production and event management software.

Participate in and provide support and direction on occupational health & safety initiatives, including communicating standards and procedures, support with risk assessment, incident reporting and serious incident investigation. Analyse data, report on performance and identify opportunities to drive improvements and support success. Communicate effectively and maintain good relations with other functions and stakeholders in the business including Procurement, Supply Chain, Property Development, Maintenance and Operations to ensure legal compliance, safety and quality are top of mind in all business decisions. Maintain positive relations with external stakeholders including franchisors and their representatives, including ministry officials, 3rd party auditors.<br><br>Qualification Minimum of 10 years of food industry experience preferred Working knowledge of GMP and food safety regulations is mandatory IOSH/NEBOSH certification
